Beautiful 3+ bedroom 2 bath, pet friendly family home in Burlington’s south end and minutes from all that Burlington has to offer. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 3 queen beds and room within bedrooms for pack and plays. Please let us know if you need pack and plays and how many and we will make sure they are in the home and available for you. Note: We can also switch one of the 3 bedrooms made available to be a room with two twin beds if that is preferred over a queen bed. This 3 bedroom listing makes the home possible for smaller groups to enjoy as well. Separate house at the front of the property has long term residents who share the driveway, recycling, and trash bins. Free driveway(3 posted parking spots) and street parking(Summer only, winter parking ban on street for snow clean up). Please note: Parking is at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle or personal property. Please make sure your car is locked.
Other Details to Note
We are a dog friendly home but do have a maximum of two dogs. Quiet hours are 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights out of respect for our wonderful neighbors. The home does share the driveway, trash, and recycling bins with a separate house at the front of the property with long term residents. We ask that NO furniture be moved throughout the house. Moving furniture throughout the house is not permitted. If you need a piece of furniture moved please let one of us know, and we will gladly come and do it for you. If furniture is moved there is a $250 fee to have it moved back. If any walls are ruined that repair will be included as well.
